| The Bombay Bullion Association was established in September 1948. we are glad to celibrate the Golden Jubilee now.The Association consist of Three department viz. the Office department and the assay Departments. The office is headed by the chartered Acountants as it's secretary and other staff. It maintains the record of gold and silver imported ,stocks of bullion (gold and silver) held in the country. It was conducting forword traiding in the past and has now applied to the central Govt. for permission to conduct futures trading in gold and silver |
| Melting and Refinary department |
| The Association has a refinary and melting department in our building.The
Refinary activities are suspended for some time for non-renewal of license by the Bombay Muncipal Corporation.
The service of melting department are available for benefit of it's member and the trading community.

| Assay Department |
| The Assaying facility is available for the members, the trading community and other.
The certificate issued by the assay Department of Association are accepted by Reserve Bank Of India. We intend to start Hall Marketing facility also in the near future
